A Dededo store was the subject of an armed robbery that took place more than two months ago.
KM Reifich, 30, is accused with second-degree robbery and has a separate allegation for having and using a lethal weapon.
Court records indicate On October 29, Reifich entered Kaela’s Mart carrying a handgun.
He allegedly threatened to shoot the cashier as he demanded money while setting the gun on the counter. The door was held open by a second unidentified suspect as Reifich left the scene carrying $70 in cash.
He was recognized by the authorities thanks to security footage.
Reifich allegedly confessed to the heist on Tuesday and said they would divide the loot.
He later changed his account, apparently informing the police that he was intoxicated.
