A woman reportedly heard the man’s cries for assistance at 8:30 AM as she was out for a walk nearby. She was able to inform the authorities of the situation. Within 22 minutes of being alerted, Coastside Fire was able to reach the man and drag him to safety. Cal Fire CZU sent a 1-minute, 14-second video to Twitter along with a lengthy description.
