Allan Kassenoff is a litigator with more than 20 years of experience in patent litigation in a variety of industries and technologies, including financial services, aerospace, automotive, avionics, biotechnology, chemicals, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. In countless matters spanning a wide range of technical subjects and in all significant patent jurisdictions, he has served as senior counsel. Allen has provided testimony in federal courts all around the nation hundreds of times, has argued cases on motions, presided over Markman hearings, and made decisions in four patent cases. Allan has participated in a number of patent post-grant processes, including inter partes examination, post-grant examination, and ex parte review, in addition to being the first Chief Judge in a district court case.
Upon learning that one of his children had reportedly been kicked by Allen, Allen’s daughters informed the student’s school and filed for divorce in Westchester County family court in New York.
With the help of an ex-partner, Allen was able to kick Catherine out of the house and gain temporary custody of the girls after accusing her of “manipulating” the girls to hide abuse that never occurred.
Allen was aware of the separation between his parents. He can pick the texts and emails that portray her as an alienator and disregard those that portray him as a criminal. His ex parte request was allowed by the judge. The house door was closed behind Catherine. Allen was given legal custody of the kids by the judge.
