Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that the club will be active in the transfer market, seeking to reinforce their attack following significant injury blows.
Arteta revealed that the Gunners are looking to strengthen their attacking options, stating, “For sure, we are going to try on the market and we want to reinforce our attack.”
The need for reinforcements has been exacerbated by the loss of two key players, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Jesus, to injury. Saka is expected to be sidelined for up to three months, while Jesus faces a lengthy spell out of action.
Arteta’s comments suggest that Arsenal are prepared to invest in the transfer market to mitigate the impact of these injuries and maintain their momentum in the season.
