Chuck Boswell Death And Obituary – On March 10, 2021, Charles Boswell, 60, of Bluffton, South Carolina, gently passed away after a three-year struggle with cancer, accompanied by his devoted wife Judy and family. Charles Franklin Boswell and Charlotte Marie Boswell, who both passed away, welcomed Chuck into the world on July 7, 1960, in Bethesda, Maryland.
Following his 1978 Friendly High School graduation, Chuck started a 36 1/2-year career with the Department of the Navy. On June 12, 1984, Chuck and Judy first met. The rest, as they say, is history. On September 26, 1987, they tied the knot in Fort Washington, Maryland, and spent 33 and a half lovely years together. Chuck was the Implementation and Compliance Treaty Manager for the Department of the Navy’s Open Skies and Non-Strategic Arms Control. He went all over the world during his career and won various honors for his contributions. The Meritorious Civil Service Award, which was highly valuable and advantageous to the Navy, was given to Chuck. On October 2, 2015, Chuck announced his retirement, and he and his wife Judy relocated to Sun City Hilton Head.
Chuck loved the great outdoors and took great pleasure in enjoying golf, softball, fishing, and hunting. He was a devout Christian and an enthusiastic participant in Hardeeville’s Red Dam Baptist Church. Everyone he met was affected by him. His mother C. Marie Boswell of Mechanicsville, MD, wife Judy Boswell of Bluffton, SC, sister Nancy Manning (Hal) of King George, VA, sister Patti Pickerall (Eddie) of Waldorf, MD, brother Michael Boswell of Mechanicsville, MD, brother Kenny Boswell (Patty Ann) of Deale, MD, and a large number of nieces and nephews are left to cherish his memory.
