Fred Truman Death – At the age of 85, Fred Truman went away quietly at the Roop Cottage Nursing Home in Kings Croft, South Kirkby, on Monday, November 27. His family would like to offer his friends and family their sincere sympathies. Everyone who had the privilege of knowing Fred personally will deeply feel the void left by the death of this cherished character.
Fred’s funeral will be held at the Pontefract Crematorium on Tuesday, December 19, at one forty minutes past the hour. Fred was very passionate about the Injured Jockey’s Fund, therefore in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in his honor. A collection box will allow those who would like to make a donation to do so after the service.
Fred’s friends and family are kindly asked to participate in the process of saying farewell and offering sympathies during this difficult time. Those who are closest to Fred may find comfort in the sharing of encouraging and compassionate ideas in the comments area.
