Kenneth Noyd Death – We at The Resource Centre were shocked to learn of the demise of Kenneth “K.O.” Noyd, a beloved employee. Ken devoted almost four decades of his life to our company, leaving a lasting impression on both our work and the hearts of everyone who had the honour of getting to know him. It will be hard to fill the vacuum created by his premature departure.

Ken’s experience working with The Resource Centre was very extraordinary. He consistently demonstrated steadfast devotion, passion, and an inexhaustible excitement for our cause over the years. Ken handled every area of his profession with passion and a sincere sense of purpose, whether it was helping people with disabilities, encouraging a feeling of inclusiveness in our community, or supporting his coworkers. In addition to his career achievements, Ken was a mentor, friend, and confidant to many. His contagious smile and friendly demeanour made him available to everyone, which fostered a sense of unity and camaraderie throughout our company.

He was always willing to listen and offer words of support. He had a remarkable capacity to connect with people on a human level. We send Ken’s family our sincere condolences as we mourn his passing. We understand that the gap his passing has left in our company pales in comparison to the suffering his loved ones are going through. We extend our best wishes, hope they will find the courage and comfort they need to get through this trying time.

The Resource Center’s past will always be entwined with Ken’s legacy. He had an incalculable impact on our organisation and the lives of many people. We will pay tribute to his memory by carrying on the significant work he devoted his life to and by encouraging the sense of belonging and support he relentlessly promoted. Let’s celebrate Kenneth “K.O.” Noyd’s good impact on all of us during this difficult time, remember his wonderful life, and come together as a family to support one another.
