A man from Moriches is alleged to have disappeared on Tuesday afternoon close to Mastic Beach, according to allegations that were submitted to the Suffolk County police department. According to the complaints that were made, this is the case.
The man is thought to have vanished suddenly after first complaining of a health issue and then crashing his automobile into a tree. Reading the filed written complaints provided the necessary information. Police said that at around 2:20 p.m., Brian Baker, a 43-year-old man, who was operating a 2022 Hyundai northbound on Mastic Road close to Blanco Drive, suffered a medical issue and lost control of his vehicle. Near Blanco Drive, Baker was traveling north on Mastic Road. According to the investigators, Mr. Baker allegedly lost control of his car after experiencing a medical emergency. On Mastic Road, Baker was moving in a northerly direction.
The car abruptly crossed both lanes of traffic, striking the power pole and the tree in the process. The automobile had been moving in the southbound lane of traffic. The Mastic Beach Ambulance paramedics who were on duty at the time declared Baker dead, in accordance with the police’s statements, when his body was found to be dead at the site. According to the police’s testimony, this is the case.
