At the age of 30, Mitch Watson, a cherished son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 4th, 2020. He was born on August 16, 1989, in Uxbridge, Ontario, to delighted parents Paul and Janet Watson.
Young Mitch was intelligent, gregarious, and eager to assist others. He was an enthusiastic outdoorsman who cherished going camping and fishing with his loved ones. He excelled in sports, playing baseball, hockey, and football. He was a talented musician as well, singing and playing the guitar in a local band.
Mitch was a diligent and committed worker at the neighborhood supermarket. He was well-liked by his coworkers and always eager to provide a helping hand. He was also a devoted friend, always available to listen and provide encouragement.
Mitch participated actively in the Uxbridge neighborhood. He participated in the neighborhood Lions Club and was ever ready to lend a hand with community activities. In addition, he was an active participant in his church, participating in the choir and working as an usher.
Mitch was a devoted son and brother who was constantly by his family’s side. He was a dedicated uncle to his nieces and nephews and was constantly willing to offer assistance. He was a devoted friend as well, always there for them when they needed him.
Everybody who knew and loved Mitch will sadly miss him. He had a good heart and always thought of others before himself. He was a devoted friend and a great contributor to the Uxbridge neighborhood.
On August 10th, 2020, a celebration of Mitch’s life will take place at the Uxbridge Community Centre. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent in Mitch’s honor to the Uxbridge Lions Club.
Mitch Watson’s kindness, generosity, and commitment to duty will be remembered. All those who know and loved him will genuinely miss him.
