Moira Dickie Death – We are all deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of our cherished mother, Moira Dickie (née Knight), who went away at Crosshouse Hospital on Monday, December 4, 2023. We are sorry to have to inform you of this. When we learned of her death, we were all shocked. We gather here today to celebrate Moira’s amazing life and say goodbye to her. Moira was a unique woman who touched the lives of everyone she encountered.
Since Moira left, a tremendous void has appeared in our lives. From the moment of her birth, Moira had a bright spirit that only intensified throughout her life. The brilliant light of Moira enveloped the entire world. Moira’s radiance had an intensity that was unequaled. She was the perfect example of a devoted wife, a supportive mother, and a close friend. She was every one of these things at once. Everyone who was fortunate enough to know Moira had a better life as a result of her unwavering love, generosity, and kindness.
With this, each and every one of those people was blessed. Masonhill Crematorium in Ayr will have a funeral ceremony on Wednesday, December 20, at 10:30 a.m. We cordially invite all of the deceased’s friends and family. The event is scheduled for this Wednesday. When we get together to celebrate Moira’s life, we will all remember the joy she brought into our lives every day and the innumerable memories that we will cherish forever.
Although Moira will be greatly missed by the entire family, her generosity and kindness will always be remembered in our memories of her. May we find solace in the love that has always surrounded Moira and in the memories we have shared with her during this difficult time? We pray that she rests in perfect peace and that we find consolation in the knowledge that her spirit will continue to live on in our hearts and the hearts of those around us.
