The incident occurred during the late hours of June 11, 2024. Police officers were dispatched to a home on the 1100 block of Smithland Avenue at 11:30 p.m. Tragically, four individuals were found with gunshot wounds inside the residence. Three individuals, including two adults and one child, were tragically pronounced deceased at the scene. Based on reports, another child was transported to a hospital in the Denver area and tragically passed away.
