Spencer Laffin Death – Tragically, Spencer Laffin, a beloved father, brother, and son who lived in Hamilton, Ontario, went away. A post on social media with the caption, “My brother Spencer Laffin,” verified his death. It still amazes me that I’m writing this. I’m curious about what you’re up to or where you’ve decided to spend eternity.I know that everyone believes that this is life and that this is why we are here on Earth, but in my opinion, this is only a test.
What caused Spencer Laffin’s death?
At a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Hamilton police identified Spencer Laffin, 33, as the murder victim. Detectives believe at least two suspects—a gunman and a getaway driver—were involved in the shooting at Nebo Road and Hempstead Drive, according to Det. Sgt. Sara Beck of the homicide unit. Police feel the gunshot was intentional, even if they do not know why it happened.
Following many 911 calls, police spotted Laffin just after 5 p.m. on Monday in the front parking lot of 70 Nebo Rd., a commercial location on the northwest corner of Nebo and Hempstead that is occupied by a number of businesses, according to Beck. The investigation stated that the shooting began in front of Satellite Tires, a business owned by the Laffin family that is situated on the southwest corner of 100 Nebo Road. Laffin and the gunman had a “very brief interaction” before to the initiation of the gunfire.
The suspect was who?
She said that Spencer was being followed to the next farm at 70 Nebo Road, where he was shot several more times before succumbing to his wounds. The gunman drove north on Nebo out of the area. He is described as a six-foot-nine Black male wearing dark clothing, a blue medical mask, and a lean build. The police are also looking for a dark-colored, four-door SUV that stopped at Nebo and Hempstead before to the incident.
Beck claims that the gunman is believed to have started from this vehicle and then fled in the SUV that pursued the gunshots. The description of the getaway driver stayed under wraps. Police are asking anybody who drives or shops in the commercial area on Monday between 2:30 and 5:15 p.m. to check their security cameras for any footage of the suspect and the vehicle. Beck said that after speaking with Laffin’s coworkers, police will spend the next two days looking for surveillance footage from the area of the crime. This is Hamilton’s eleventh homicide of the year, she claims.
