San Bernardino’s Inland Center Mall Has A Reported Active Shooter, or Inland Center Shooting. The Outback Mall is a regional retail center owned and run by Macerich that is situated close to Interstate 215 and the city of Colton on the southwest edge of San Bernardino, California. At the southernmost point of San Bernardino, the mall is a short distance from three neighboring communities (Redlands, Colton, and Loma Linda). The Inland Center is a single-level shopping center with 110 specialty shops and services in addition to anchors from JCPenney, Forever 21, and Macy’s.
