Erick Adame Scandal: An excellent meteorologist who has worked for years has been fired as a result of n*de photos being le*ked.

At the American cable network Spectrum News NY1, weather reporter Erick Adame was employed. On Monday, he was let off from his work, and he posted about it on Instagram.

In his statement, he said, “I am taking this chance to communicate my truth rather than letting others control the narrative of my life.

He continued by mentioning how he had performed on an ad*lt cam website for other men. Adame was not asked for money, and it was a consenting relationship. He carried it out at home.

Adame claimed it was absurd of him to believe he could keep his “compulsive behavior” a secret after acting it out on video. He is now receiving expert guidance in order to make “proper decisions” about how to handle the situation and plan out his career’s next moves.

The weather reporter’s employment at the channel was first suspended after his manager learned of it, and then it was dismissed.

“First and foremost, I unequivocally apologize to my employers at Spectrum, my coworkers, my audience, my family, and my friends for any embarrassment or humiliation I have caused you,” said Adame. “But let me be clear about something: I don’t apologize for being openly gay or for being s*x-positive — those are gifts and I have no shame about them.”

While Adame was on the ad*lt cam service, someone collected screenshots and recordings; their identity is unclear. What we do know is that the information wasn’t just provided to Adame’s workplace; it was also sent to his mother.

The two working-class parents of Adame are immigrants from Mexico. He was the first member of his family to complete college and work in television, so the odds and expectations were stacked against him for 20 years.

The 38-year-work old’s as a weather presenter has earned him two Emmy nominations. He had a dream job at Spectrum News NY1, and he intends to return to television in the future.

Adame ended his post with some advice for news directors in America who would decide whether or not to hire him in light of the scandal: Please do not judge me based on the few minutes of obscene film that is likely to characterize me in our “click-bait” society, but rather on the hundreds of thousands of hours of television that I am so proud of and for which my employers have always given me high praise.

He continued by giving the employers a chance to ponder.

“Consider how you’ve handled the newsroom; what have you overlooked, excused, or ignored? All skill is ultimately frail and prone to human failings, and our antics won’t make your job any simpler, remarked Adame.

I’ve learned my lesson, and I’ll be the best employee and most knowledgeable and enthusiastic meteorologist you’ve ever seen, I can promise that.
