As he explained in the New York Post, he spends most of his free time in a London gym, where he trains hard. He normally trains for three hours, the first is cardio and the rest is weights. However, after participating in the competition, he trained up to 8 hours a day.

He doesn’t mind that people know her by nicknames like “The Beast” or “Fitness Grandma.” She has turned the gym into her own “Disneyland”, as she herself says, to the point of coming to understand it as her natural habitat.
But those defined abs and muscles of steel don’t come from training alone. Andrea Sunshine explains some of the secrets of his strict plant-based and protein-based diet: 6 to 8 meals a day can rack up 3,500 calories, and she always tries to include broccoli, corn, egg whites, etc., broccoli, cassava . , cabbage and spinach.
Another key point in your diet is to try to avoid sweet vegetables, such as carrots or zucchini, as well as salt and oil. The most surprising thing she revealed was that she could eat up to 150 eggs a month and normally drank 4 liters of water a day.
“There is a stigma that women should only dedicate themselves to taking care of the family as they grow up,” said the influencer in an interview. Another surprising aspect was that many men obviously younger than her approached her and asked her out: “Young men are in love with attractive, mature women, that’s why they are always flirting with me.”
