Taylor Frankie Paul, a Mormon influencer who calls herself a soft-swinger and was arrested last month on domestic violence charges after admitting she “lost control” and threw metal chairs at her boyfriend, is seen in recently released police body camera video.
The Post last Friday was able to obtain a heavily edited 10-minute video that starts with Paul, 28, who is clearly upset and “drunk,” complaining that her boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, 30, “threw me in the garage from his home in Utah.”

“I was a little bit terrified for my life,” Mortensen admitted later.
The mother of two claimed that Mortensen had her “weed my trousers” because she was “that afraid.”
I shoved him. I struck him. I lost control as he shoved me into the kids’ belongings, Paul cried.
On February 17, Paul was taken into custody. He was then charged with two counts of felony domestic violence in the presence of a child, one count of aggravated assault, as well as lesser counts of child abuse and criminal mischief. The date of her hearing is set for April 14.
The Herriman Police Department, the Salt Lake County Prosecutor’s Office, and Paul’s attorney have all been contacted by The Post for comment.
A confrontation occurred when Mortensen declined to drive her to a concert after she became intoxicated while she was out with friends, according to Paul, who is shown outside her home in the video informing police this.
She admitted to the police, “I am emotionally upset.”
At the time, their relationship had lasted around six months. On the footage, Mortensen can be heard telling police that Indy is her “greatest concern” and that she “feels so horrible” for the youngster.
Ocean, her 2-year-old son, was sleeping upstairs at the time, Paul can be seen telling authorities on the footage.
She added that she was “that afraid” of Mortensen that she “weed her pants.”
The home was examined by police for “several metal chairs and other domestic items on the floor.” In addition to reporting minor damage to his truck, Mortensen told police that he thought he might have broken a finger and injured his elbow. He also said that he was “a little bit scared for my life.”
