Police in Springettsbury Township say a man from York County died in an early Tuesday morning motorbike accident.
At 5:46 a.m., emergency personnel arrived at the scene of a two-vehicle collision in the 3400 block of East Market Street. Ziare Jackson, 30, of York City, hit the back of a car while riding a motorcycle, according to the police.
Jackson was declared dead by the coroner’s office in York County. Before reopening, East Market Street was closed in both directions for more than four hours.
