The Sheriff’s Office received a report of an active shooter at Stoddard Elementary School at around 9:31 this morning.
Responding cops soon came to the conclusion that there was no active shooter and no danger to the school.
Officers are getting in touch with nearby schools as a precaution.
It has been established that there is no active shooter and that the neighborhood is not in danger.
The school is neither in danger or under threat.
To identify the reason for the false alert, deputies are collaborating with the school administration.
