Irvin Walker was one of the initial victims of the mass shooting that took place on May 6, 2023, at the Allen Premium Outlet in Allen, TX.
According to reports, Irvin was shot multiple times by the gunman as he was driving past the shooter’s car in search of a parking spot.
The bullets hit him twice in the chest, including one that was very close to his heart, and once in his right shoulder.
However, he is currently in stable condition and is expected to recover.
Irvin will require surgery to remove the bullets and fragments from his body as part of his recovery process.
Irvin has successfully undergone surgery and has been released from the recovery room.
He and his family and friends express their gratitude for the ongoing prayers and support.
The shooting resulted in the deaths of eight individuals, and at least seven others sustained injuries.
The shooter, identified as 33-year-old Mauricio Garcia, was killed by a police officer who happened to be present in the vicinity.
According to some accounts, Garcia had affiliations with far-right groups.
