John Drury Death And Obituary – Members of the Ballyheigue GAA are in a state of mourning for our club after receiving the tragic news of John Drury’s passing. Each and every person connected to our club is devastated by this news. All of them were surprised to learn this knowledge. John was passionate about the sports of hurling and football, and he spent a significant amount of time working for his club in a variety of roles, including as a player and an official. John spent several years playing football and hurling for his school.

John also participated on the club’s board of directors during that time. John had a profound and lasting love for these numerous games throughout his entire life. He was the one in question and one of the participants, along with his brother Noel, who for a while also worked as an umpire alongside Maurice O’Sullivan. He was also the one who was charged with committing the crime. In addition to his numerous other relatives and friends, his daughters Noreen Drury O’Reilly and Sandra Drury-Medrano would like to send their heartfelt sympathies to his family and friends during this trying time.
