It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Logan Betts, who died yesterday at the age of 68. Logan was a man who was adored by his family, friends, and coworkers, and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Logan was born in New York in 1955 and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. After finishing his education, he worked at several technology companies in New York City before migrating to California in the 1980s to join the growing Silicon Valley technology industry.
Logan was passionate about music, film, and art, and he was always eager to try new things. He was also a globe traveler who visited numerous nations, usually with a camera in hand to capture moments and memories.
Logan’s kind-hearted nature and ability to make others laugh, though, stood out the most. He was always willing to listen and assist anyone in need. He was a devoted friend and an amazing coworker who always put others first.
Logan is survived by his wife, two daughters, and four grandchildren, who will remember him as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His family and friends will miss him terribly, but they can take solace in the fact that his kind and giving spirit will live on in the lives of those he touched.
Logan Betts, rest in peace. Your kindness, inventiveness, and joy will live on in the hearts of those who knew you.
