At eleven forty-seven on Saturday, October 19, officers from the Henrico County Police Division and firefighters from the Henrico County Division of Fire arrived at the scene of an automobile that had crashed into a tree. The event took place in the 4500 block of Darbytown Road. Officers responding to the scene of the incident discovered a vehicle that had collided with a tree and ignited a fire.
Stewart was extracted from the vehicle and transported to a nearby hospital, where his injuries were assessed as life-threatening. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries later on. Authorities successfully identified Stewart as the individual behind the wheel of the vehicle. According to the preliminary inquiry conducted by the police, it seems that Stewart lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree in the 5200 block of Darbytown Road.
