Tottenham responds to a Harry Kane offer from Bayern Munich

Tottenham Hotspur has formally turned down Bayern Munich’s offer for Harry Kane, the club’s all-time leading scorer.

The Bavarians made a bid for the English international in the amount of £70 million plus add-ons. Harry Kane’s contract with the North London club is about to expire, so it’s possible that he won’t agree to an extension, which would allow him to go as a free agent.

Thomas Tuchel, the manager of Bayern Munich, is looking to add a forward player to fill Robert Lewandowski’s absence.

Kane has nearly smashed every personal record in the Premier League, but he has not yet won a championship; a move to the Bundesliga will enable him to do so. The summer 2022 transfer window was the first time Manchester City was mentioned in connection with the England captain.
