Several counts against a Pennsylvania guy who broke into the OnlyF model’s house, hid in her attic, and claimed the woman “wanted to be stalked” have been found guilty.
According to WMUR, Mauricio Guerrero, 19, was found guilty on two of the four counts of burglary, trespassing, and invasion of privacy.
He met a burgeoning social media star online and became obsessed with her. He started stalking her and allegedly copied her keys to get into her Somersworth, New Hampshire, house.
The man, who was at least four times hiding in the 24-year-old’s attic, waited for her to nod off before going downstairs and gruesomely filming her, including her intimate areas.
Investigators discovered several horrific videos of the woman he recorded on his phone, only to discover that N.R. had already been recognized. When she slept n*ked, court documents mention that.
According to the news source, Guerrero said the jury on Monday that he thought he was dating the victim and that she “wanted to be stalked.”
He first got in touch with the woman through adult websites, and she later communicated with him via text messages and video chats on her cellphone.
Guerrero also paid her house surprise visits, including spending nearly two days in her attic in February 2022 before alerting her he was in town.
She allegedly sent him texts during the trial in which she professed her love for him and asked him to relentlessly pursue her.
Guerrero admitted in court that “she loved it,” as reported by The Independent.
