Intimate FaceTime with Tom Sandoval that resulted in his breakup with Ariana Madix, according to Raquel Leviss, was secretly taped.
The 28-year-attorneys old’s allegedly issued letters on Monday to a number of her friends and co-stars from Vanderpump Rules stating that the recording “was done illegally without Raquel’s knowledge or agreement.”
In their letter, the reality television star’s attorneys also referred to a California law that forbids the sharing of “nonconsensual pornography,” which Andy Cohen previously mentioned in relation to the star’s activities.
According to the, 39-year-old Sandoval was not specifically charged with filming the video.
He and Leviss were the only people on the call, according to a number of insiders who spoke to the media site.
